'Twas the night before Christmas and deep in the house, a mouse trap went off. Guess I got that damn mouse. The stockings were hung, but not with great ease. They were five feet long... let's see Santa fill these. I lay in my bed waiting for time to pass, pooting and perting thanks to some bad gas. A sudden noise came and I flew from my bed. But alas I forgot 'bout the lamp overhead. Stars I did see thanks to the lamp's blow. Rubbing my sore head, I turned to the window. I threw open the sash and the sight did appall! A grizzled old bum was whizzing on my wall. While scaring him off, from up on the roof, I heard something fall and hit
