Doulifee sig #3: Streets Of Rage 2

This one was the start of a series of Streets Of Rage 2 oriented signatures that Doulifée requested from me over a period of two years. He gave me free reign over what the signature would be about, as long as it was involved SoR 2. After ripping the background and character sprites from the game, I pieced them together and did some editing to both the background and characters to create this scene.
